Accounting Clerk - International Company!

Tasks include 60% accounting (payroll and a/p) and 40% administrative. This position requires someone who can wear both an accounting and administrative hat.

 

Duties include: full cycle a/p, m/e accrual, account reconciliation, 1099 reporting, researching inquires, entering adjustments, garnishments, for outside vendor (50 employees), input final payroll spreadsheet for approval to Plant Accountant, administer new hire employee orientation, other various h/r functions, type memos and reports, maintain office supplies, scheduling service calls, answer phones.

 

Requirements: Strong computer skills, ability to prioritize, mathematical ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, team player who can interact with different personalities.
