Accounting Clerk-JAZ

Our client in the Northwest suburbs is currently looking for QUALIFIED individuals to assist them on a Temporary/Temp to Hire basis.  The following specifications are required in order to complete the tasks successfully. 
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivables, and of bank reconciliation functions.
Performs payment verification.
Check account numbers to ensure coding is correct.
Conduct paper base audits to ensure compliance with policy.
Verify check requests, 1099's. Expenses coding. Validating invoices and the amount issued.









 

Must have General Accounting experience with proficientcy in Microsoft Office-Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, 10-key accuracy and good data entry skills with a minimum of 6000 kpm
