Public company North of Boston is seeking a skilled Accounting/Compliance Manager to join their team. Ideal candidates have 8+ years mid/large company G/L accounting experience, substantial Sarbanes-Oxley experience, superior communication skills and strong PC skills. Job duties include (but not limited to): Ensuring that subsidiary ledgers are reconciled to monthly consolidated reporting and that key financial controls are operating effectively. Financial statement analysis. Act as liason between divisional office and corporate office regarding SOX compliance. Document and maintain procedures and controls in accordance to SOX guidelines. Identify deficiencies and provide remediations for Senior Management.
