Accounting Control Analyst

This key financial and business system support position will help ensure financial control and accounting compliance for all purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory management activity by doing the following:

? Support the procurement organization with both routine monthly and project specific financial analysis.
? Manage the ongoing business support and planned future enhancements and implementation of all strategic sourcing and e-procurement systems.
? Analyze spend data to identify strategic sourcing an cost saving opportunities.
? Develop and manage the execution of user test plans for all enhancements and upgrades to existing enterprise procurement applications.
? Lead, plan, and coordinate all systems development and training activity with procurement users and information technology support.
? Assist in the development of automated store-level expense reporting.
? Manage the distribution of store level expense reporting to the various operating stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements:
? 3+ years experience with procurement systems applications
? BA Accounting or Business Admin
? Financial accounting and analysis experience required.
? Advanced Microsoft Office skills
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? Preferred: Lawson Financial Systems experience
? Retail or multi site industry experience preferred.
