Working at our Piscataway, NJ Corporate Headquarters, the incumbant will:
1) Maintain general ledger account analysis.
2) Invoicing of corporate income items
3) Prepare Sales Tax, Property Tax, Excise Tax, Corporate Extensions.
4) Post corporate cash receipts on a daily basis.
5) Complete government reports for Department of Commerce, etc.
6) Post payroll journal entries.
7) Maintain and pay monthly rent for all areas.
8) Prepare monthly accruals as needed.
9) Prepare monthly recurring journal entries.
