Accounting Coordinator for our corporate office located in Tamarac, FL.

 Summary:

Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.Primary Responsibilities:Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.Audits invoices against purchase orders, researches discrepancies, and approves for payment.Records and post journal entriesAccount AnalysisBank ReconciliationAccounts Receivable and PayableAssists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. Other duties as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 4 year degree2 years of accounting experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills a mustProficient in Excel and working in a Windows environmentCompensation & Benefits This is a full-time position -the salary range is $30-35k, depending on qualifications & experience. Arch offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days of employment (6 months for 401(k) participation), which includes: medical & dental insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and a 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions.
