Primary Responsibilites:Aggressively promote and coordinate automation of incentive calculation and reporting to increase transparency for each incentivized employee and management and to improve accuracy and efficiency of the commission process on an ongoing basis. Proactively coordinate, calculate, and report incentives for all affected personnel on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Review monthly sales to determine commission splits, referrals, and leads. Review and update monthly consulting sales tracking report. Prepare final monthly payment report with splits, referrals, and leads. Reconcile individual compensation with periodic invoicing, and client payments. Create, maintain and modify as needed excel spreadsheets for commissions owed sales, research, and admin personnel. Maintain perpetual spreadsheet for unpaid sales commissions. Provide periodic status reports to sales, research and management concerning employee targets and actual. Coordinate adjustments and approvals of commissions and bonuses with employee and management. Address specific compensation of new and departing employees in a timely manner . Ensure that current comp plans are signed and submitted to HR and/or Accounting prior to incentive payment. Communicate incentives to payroll administrator. Special projects as assigned or needed.
The Ideal Candidate will Posses:3-5 years of experience in the Finance and/or Accounting fields required . Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not required. Knowledge of AR, Payroll, and Account Reconciliation process and their relation to incentive compensation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor required. Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics-Solomon or similar Accounting Software desired. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once . Team-oriented, willing to assist or lead department-wide projects.
