Lease Administrator

Responsibilities:

Process and book lease transactions. Maintain lease database records, including rewrites, renewals, termination, sales, equipment re-location and customer account update. Ensure timely billing and invoicing of all revenue and proper accounting treatment. Responsible for property tax up-loading and billing. Monitor and maintain all subsidiary ledgers for customer activities and ensure timely collection. Provide backup support for other Lease Administration personnel. Interface with A/R to ensure accurate revenue posting and reconciliation. Perform lease accounting monthly closing process and accounting adjustments. Provide reports as needed on a weekly, monthly basis. Assist with year-end audit process. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree with major course work in accounting, finance or business administration 3 years lease accounting or Fixed Asset accounting experience preferred Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with multiple departments. Strong analytical skills, organized and highly detail-oriented Computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word)
