Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller

East Tennessee manufacturing company seeking an Assistant Controller.  Candidate must have 5+ years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment with very strong standard cost background.  This position is responsible for all accounting functions including standard cost, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, financial analysis and supervising of accounting staff. 

BS in accounting or related field.  Strong manufacturing experience required.

This individual will be trained for a plant controller position and will be required to relocate in 2-3 years.

Salary ranges from $54,000 - $80,000. Company will pay relocation.

 

Accounting Manager (Tennessee / North Georgia) ?

Well established and stable manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager.  Ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills (FASB, GAAP, SEC, SOX) and a track record of developing and mentoring a strong accounting staff.  This individual will have a strong ability to multitask, will take initiative and will be deadline oriented.  Supervisory experience required.  Strong inventory experience a must.

BS in accounting with advanced degree preferred.  CPA certification preferred. 

Salary ranges from $70,000 - $90,000.  Company will pay relocation.
