Accounting Manager/Construction

Job Description:
Interact directly with the President and Controller for planning, instructions and problem resolution.

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll

Supervise a staff of four

G/L and Bank Reconciliation

Financial Statements, P & L, Balance Sheet, GAAP Reporting

WIP Reports

Preparation and filing of quarterly taxes and payroll taxes

Cash flow reports, forecasting, budget reports

Journal entries, depreciation and fixed assets

Job Experience:
Should have 3 to 5 years experience in all aspects of accounting.

Five years of advanced accounting knowledge of financial statements and budgeting procedures.

Effective auditing and problem solving skills.

Motivated, efficient, accurate and detail orientated

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Good team player and leader. Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
