We are looking for someone who can take a key, high-visibility role and run with it. If you are a government cost accounting expert with extensive knowledge of U.S. Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), we want to talk to you! We will pay relocation for the right candidate.

At our Atlanta-based headquarters, your number one priority will be to develop documentation, implement processes and procedures, review rate pools, and ensure audit readiness under a cost-plus government contract.

Top-notch organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills are required, as you will be managing third-party contracts to ensure that they meet DHHS criteria; managing DCAA engagements to ensure compliance with FAR and Government CAS; generating internal and external reports; and interacting with both US and global counterparts and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting, and 5-7 years of experience in government cost accounting and reimbursement to include hands-on knowledge of FAR and CAS. A background in pharmaceuticals or R&D is highly desirable.
