Large manufacturer in Woburn is seeking a Compliance/Accounting Manager. Person will have 1-3 years of Sarbanes-Oxley experience with a mix of Finance/Accounting. Former Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller would be ideal. Salary is $80-90K

Implement policies and procedures Interact with all levels of management to document and test internal controls over financial reporting. Make recommendations to correct deficiencies found in the evaluation of internal controls Coordinate all required 404 documentation efforts Identify control gaps and document action plans Coordinate external audit testing and analysis relating to sox compliance Perform ad-hoc compliance projects Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC and PCAOB standards
