Accounting Manager - consolidation and Reporting

• Supporting the monthly close and consolidation process • Preparing standard and ad hoc financial reports for management and the Board of Directors • Assisting with the general accounting functions including account reconciliation and analysis • Maintaining the general ledger system and automating financial reports • Assisting with the development of accounting policies • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the general accounting function • Streamlining the monthly close cycle • Improving all financial reporting, including enhanced automated reporting • Improving system controls

Qualifications :
4+ years of professional experience, combination of public accounting and private industry desired • Strong technical accounting skills • CPA is a must • Strong financial systems aptitude • Proficiency with Excel • Exposure to International Accounting is a plus • Seeking bright, self-starting, energetic, focused individuals with ever increasing responsibility and challenge • Possess strong problem solving skills, work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, decision making skills and ability to work with others Advanced Accruals, Advanced Month End Close, Advanced Year End Closings, Advanced General Ledger, Advanced Financial Reporting, Advanced Consolidations and Advanced MS Excel
