Accounting Manager Our client is a high growth manufacturing client with an energetic and open door corporate culture. You'll love the opportunities and company environment! The company is large but small enough so you have broader responsibilities and larger impact!

Accounting Manager Responsibilities include:
* Financial Reporting-SEC and Regulatory
* Sarbanes Oxley Compliance
* Internal Control Process Review and Recommendation
* Direction of Staff
* Communication between Departments, Auditors and Regulators

Requirements include:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA PREFERRED
* 4+ Years experience at a large publicly-held company, Big 4 or Regional Audit firm
* Previous Financial Reporting experience
* Strong Technical/GAAP experience
* Previous Supervisory experience
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
