Accounting/Office Administration

Access1Source, an established payroll/timekeeping/HR services business seeking experienced accounting and office administrator.

 

Responsibilities:

 

? Manage tax escrow and direct deposit accounts including data entry, reconciliation, and quarterly balancing.

? Invoice entry from payroll system to accounting system.

? Interface with tax agencies (IRS & states) to resolve issues with clients taxes.

? Capable of processing payrolls to relieve core processors when they are out of the office.

? Interface with sales staff to verify accuracy of new clients data prior to implementation.

 

Skills:

 

? Skilled  in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, & Word)

? Skilled in use of Accounting Software (eg. Quickbooks, MYOB, Peachtree, Etc.)

? Some programming experience.

? Experience with customer service.

? Detail Oriented.

? Outstanding organizational skills.

? Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting or Business.
