Accounting/Office Administrator
We currently have an opening for a team player, the position of Accounting/Office Administrator. This position is a hands-on position that will require you to work well independently. It will oversee all day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for all accounting and administrative related functions of the company.
2. Responsible for all Contract Administration where an understanding of job costing, budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders are a necessity.
3. Maintain human resources processes and records.
4. Coordinating company insurance policies and employee union benefits.
5. Prepare & create reports for company president.
6. Process all state and federal taxes on a monthly or quarterly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Training/Education:
1. Required: Five years of Accounting/Business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Desirable: Associate?s/Bachelor?s degree
3. Desirable: Experience in the construction industry.
