Accounting/ Office Assistant

Seeking an experienced Accounting/ Office Assistant.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Accounts Receivable including Collections, Accounts Payable, prepare daily bank deposits, perform credit check for new customers, prepare financial statements, manage/ maintain files, report discrepancies and problems as needed, maintain supplies/ equipment, back-up Customer Service.

 

Skills/ Qualifications: Requires Accounts payable/receivable experience Good understanding of General Ledger & AR processes including invoicing, cust. account reconciliation & bank reconciliation. Must have clear & effective communication (written & verbal) skills Strong organizational skills Ability to complete multiple tasks and meet established objectives & deadlines requires high level of accuracy Proficient computer skills/ Excel a MUST analytical thinking Dependability Telephone skills
