Accounts Payable Specialist

 

A growing service company located in Central New Jersey is in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist. Duties will include matching, batching, and coding of high volume accounts payable. This position involves heavy vendor interaction. One to two years accounts payable experience required.

 

Salary will commensurate with experience; however range is $40,000 to $45,000.

 

 

Senior Financial Analyst

 

Our client, a dynamic multi billion-dollar technology company located in Central New Jersey, has a fantastic opportunity.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and approving sales proposals and contracts for a specialized division. This position helps promote and maintain pricing strategies to ensure compliance with corporate pricing and revenue guidelines, as well as assist with financial analysis of contracts when appropriate, including but not limited to risk assessments and cash flow analyses. Review proposals for completeness, accuracy and conformity standards. This position requires at least 4 or more years of experience analyzing software services contracts and ultimately migrating towards software licensing as well. Candidate needs strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff. Strong written and oral communication skills, with a goal-oriented focus are necessary for success. A bachelor's degree in Finance is preferred. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities.

 

Salary will commensurate with experience; however range is $75,000 to $85,000.



Assistant Controller

Large professional services firm is seeking a strong Assistant Controller at their Southern New Jersey office location within corporate accounting. Person will be responsible for financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, work closely with CPA firm, financial analysis, property management and ad hoc reporting. Supervise a staff of three to five. Candidates need to have 5 to 7 years of experience.  CPA is preferred. Candidate should have strong management and mentoring skills.


Salary will commensurate with experience; however range is $70,000 to $85,000.

 


Senior Accountant

Healthcare Company located in Northern New Jersey, has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant with a progressive work history. In this position, the person will be part of a team that will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the financial month-end closing, SOX compliance and financial reporting. CPA or candidate is highly desired.  The ideal candidate is a team player with 4 to 5 years of accounting experience.

Salary will commensurate with experience; however the salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000.
