Accounting/Payroll Manager

Our busy cardiology practice has a need for an Accounting /Payroll Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in our corporate office in Charlotte.

 

Only candidates who meet the qualifications below should apply:

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare.  Bank reconciliation, budget and general ledger experience is required.  Great Plains Dynamics software experience is preferred.  Responsibilities include managing outsourced weekly payroll processing for 240 employees. Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word), 10 Key and strong analytical skills are required.  The ability to multi-task is essential.

 

This position reports to the CFO and will have 2 direct reports.  Our practice has excellent benefits and a generous 401K program.  Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
