We are a video production company in Orange, CA. Although we specialize in the corporate automotive marketplace, we produce all venues of production. We are a creative company that is looking for an individual to fit in and handle the day-to-day financial and HR requirements.This is currently a part-time position.

Skills required:

Proficiencies in QB Pro, Excel, Word and MS Outlook

Some comp tech knowledge required

Responsibilities include:

A/P - Process vendor invoicing, 1099's, PO's

A/R - Invoicing, Deposits and statements

Weekly accounting reports

Monthly financial reporting

Assist with other financial and HR personnel record keeping
