Major H/R outsourcing company is seeking to fill the following positions:

Benefits Reconciliation Specialist: Reconcile health insurance billings, maintain chart of payments, track cobra payments and billings, work with insurance carriers, journal entries for month end. 1+years, accounting experience, good math aptitude, strong communication skills, computer skills. Temp to HIre $14.42-16.82/hr.

Payroll Director - Provides the planning, organizing, staffing direction to make sure clients are serviced properly. ensure all compliance with Federal, State and Local payroll laws and regulations. Direct activities of client services providing guidance, training and support. Control the operating budget of the department. 10 Years of payroll experience, 7 years supervisory experience, Strong communication and computer skills required. $70-75K

Accounting Specialist -Maintain and process financial transactions and records, will record relulatory deposits and filings, reconciliation of company accounts, general ledger and sub ledgers, and generate correct entries, prepare and code system transactions, assist in the preparation of financial statements. Accounting degree preferred, strong computer experience, good analytical skills, good mathematical ability. Temp to Hire- $14.42-16.82/hr.

Tax Specialist - Prepare and file payroll tax returns, process all deposits, register new tax accounts as required, analyze penalty assessments when necessary, reconcile tax returns and accounts, calculate tax adjustments. Temp to Perm $14.42-16.82/hr.
