Accounting Superstar!

Are you an Accounting Super Star? We are looking for energetic and experienced professionals as bookkeepers, accounts payable and accounts receivable representatives to work for some of the Twin City?s premiere companies.

 

Responsibilities may include:

*Processing invoices.

*Auditing expense reports.

*Applying payments.

*Payroll.

*Collections.

*Other duties as required.

*Process invoices for payment.  Verify PO#, vendor name, dollar amount and determine correct tax amount and applicable discounts.

 

*Send tax-exempt certificates to vendors as needed.

 

*Send any problem invoices to Purchasing or Project Manager for changes or clarification.

 

Requirements:

*Minimum 2-year accounting degree.

*Strong accounting software experience, payroll processes, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, account reconciliation and cost accounting.

*SOLID pc skills in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

*High school diploma

*Excellent verbal/telephone and written communication skills

*Ability to organize and prioritize work

*Exhibits appropriate judgment and initiative

*Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills in a professional business environment
