The Judge Group is in a search for an Accounting Technical Consultant for one of our clients located in Chicago, IL.

This position focuses on the Worksite Collaborative Document Management product family. This person will be part of the Consulting Services Team and will work in a technical team environment to implement, configure and deploy the Worksite product at customers. Candidates ideally would have a CPA or background in Records Management, preferably out of legal, insurance, or accounting firms.

Job Responsibilities:
Consultative post-sales role with customers regarding implementations, configurations and solutions.
Work with Systems Architect and Project Manager to ensure successful product rollout.
Work with customer and Client partner to provide a solution to the customer's problem (s). 
Provide customers and prospects with service, support, problem solving and escalation.
Interact with R&D and Product Support to provide feedback and gain knowledge of current and future products and services offered by client.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have BS in Computer Science or Engineering, MS in Computer related field is a plus.
Knowledge of paper/electronic retention issues
Have Functional knowledge of (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix) 
Knowledge of Network Systems (Routers, Firewalls, etc.) and Single Sign-on technologies is required
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT Server environments.

Consultants should possess clear and effective verbal and written communications skills
Solid work ethic with a willingness to work overtime to meet client demands

A plus to have UNIX server-based systems knowledge 
A plus to have exp with RM products, compliance programs (Legalkey, MDY)
Member of ARMA or Legal Records Managers Guild a plus"
