The Position

We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join our New York City practice. This position will assist the Directors of Client Service in managing our existing client base and assist with special projects. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and will be able to work as a team player. The nature of the work will require that the candidate demonstrate initiative and responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment.

Responsibilities

- Arrange/schedule meetings with the Associates on engagements.
- Search our systems and reports for candidates to deploy on engagements.
- Contact candidates about potential engagements.
- Visit and get to know our existing clients.
- Arrange client and Associate gatherings.
- Participate in the preparation of annual evaluation feedback for our Associates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure we receive evaluations after projects are completed.
- Prepare emails to present candidates to clients.
- Complete online forms when dealing with vendor managers.
- Follow up with clients on accounts receivable issues.
- Research Internet for information on clients.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
- Participate in arranging networking events.
- Manage the professional services agreements and follow up on missing agreements.

Professional Qualifications

- Minimum Requirements: 4-10 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, public accounting experience a plus; and a 4-year bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail.
- Client service experience a plus.

- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.


Reporting

The Client Service Manager reports to the Office Managing Director located in New York City.

Compensation

Resources Global Professionals offers an attractive compensation and benefits package that includes: competitive base salary, medical/dental, bonus incentive plan, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, and stock options. The long-term success of this individual will only be limited by his/her performance. For this position, we do not offer relocation assistance.
