*BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
*CPA, CIA or CISA with Big 4 background preferred
*Other professional certifications/designations such as SPHR, CMA, PMI, PMP, etc.
*10+ years industry experience in mid-large size companies
*High degree of computer literacy with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), Excel and Access
*Very helpful to have strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, FASB and solid financial reporting experience, including SEC reporting,
*Experience managing large scale Business Process Reengineering efforts, defining Finance and Accounting business process improvements, identifying risks, controls, billing processes, systems, compliance
*Ability to define implementation methodology, project plan and scope.
*Experience with requirements analysis, application design, testing, application setup and customizations
