Accounting and HR Manager

The Accounting and HR Manager for CFO Services, an Accretive Solutions company, is responsible for completing fundamental accounting and HR administrative activities.  They should possess thorough knowledge in and ability to supervise and train in the areas of A/P, A/R and payroll.
 
Responsibilities/Requirements may include:

? Supervise and train in the areas of A/P, A/R and payroll
? Possess solid computer skills
? Effectively interact with line management
? Possess excellent attention to detail
? Utilize resources to effectively solve problems

? Possess excellent organizational skills
? Take ownership of work
? Follow tasks through to completion
? Communicate effectively with clients
 and CFO Services Practice Director to understand and document priorities and work status
? Effective verbal and written communication skills

Additional Responsibilities:

? Attend seminars
? Perform all necessary administrative responsibilities, (e.g. timely responses to voicemail, timesheet preparation and submission, new employee orientation and set up, notification of availability, forecasting, assist with annual budget preparation and documentation, budget variance analysis and reporting, profitability analysis)
? Effectively interact with other CFO Services employees
? Proactively communicate status of work to CFO Services Practice Directors
? May be assigned to other internal duties dependent on available time

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years experience in accounting.  Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.  Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.
