Help Ablest Staffing be a leader in the industry by acting as the Accounts Payable who completes payments and controls expenses; reconciles processed work; charges expenses to accounts and cost centers; pays vendors and employees; maintains accounting ledgers and records; verifies vendor accounts; disburses petty cash; reports sales taxes.

Qualifications


Keys large volume of highly complex statistical data into the computer with speed and accuracy. (8,000 ksph with 5% or less error rate)


Extensive PC experience working in Macintosh or Windows environments. Expert user of standard software systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.



Manages vendors to achieve the lowest possible cost and the highest quality products for various account promotions.


Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.


Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.


Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.


Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


Skilled at assisting customers with claims, evaluating and investigating claims, and determining appropriate coverage.


Skilled at analyzing causes of variances between actual and budgeted income and expenses.


High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
