Accounts Payable Administrator

CARQUEST is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator that has a broad-based knowledge of the accounts payable process and the related purchasing function. The position is responsible for vendor statement reconciliations, dispute resolution, vendor payment optimization, vendor file maintenance, coding and miscellaneous accounting entries, invoice data analysis, and related financial reporting.

 

THIS POSITION PAYS BETWEEN $30,000.00 TO $33,000.00 PER YEAR

 

EDUCATION

 

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance

2 or more years equivalent experience

 AP Certification a plus
