Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Description: Do you have Accounts Payable experience ?

The job duties are as follows:

Process incoming mail for different purchase order types.

Update returned vouchers, batch and forward to editor for review.
*
Prepare and distribute various reports.
*
Review and close appropriate files.
*
Perform individual duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

* Must have a minimum of 2 years of
recent Accounts Payable experience.
* Must have worked with or know Oracle
* Must be able to work in a heavy volume atmosphere.
* Detail oriented a team player and organized.
* Ability to deal with all levels of personnel.
