Accounts Payable Clerk/Accounting

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.  We are a rapidly growing media and graphics company with offices across the US and Canada. Our talented teams provide customers with point of sale/point of purchase displays, sales kits and promotional pieces.



As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:Preparing and verifying invoices for processing. Sorting, matching and coding incoming invoices for proper account distribution. Processing high volume of invoices. Responsible for handling complex invoices. Familiarity with expense account processing and reimbursements Building and maintaining vendor and customer relationships. Performing other duties as may be assigned.

Essential Skills & Characteristics: Extremely well organized and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements: 1 to 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.
