Accounts Payable Clerk Needed

A AP Clerk is needed with experience in merchandise returns. The job duties include, but are not limited to: Voucher invoices on a timely basis; verify accuracy and authorization of invoices; Ensure general ledger codes are consistent with budget; Generate checks runs and distribute weekly checks; Strong experience with Expense reports, knowledge of debits/credits, MS Word, MS Excel, 10-key, merchandise invoices, and return authorization numbers required.
