Accounts Payable Coordinator with a Passion to be the Best

Career opportunity with full benefits for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator with a rapidly growing, fast paced leading General Contractor building large premier multi-family projects.



Primary responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and categorizing incoming vendor invoices.  Process vendor overhead invoices for payments.  Review account codings for accuracy.  Research and resolve payment issues with vendors.  Prints accounts payable checks and matches to supporting documents. 

Performs administrative duties but not limited to:  maintaining vendor payment files and filing and retrieval of accounts payable documents. 

Other duties include:  preparation of bank deposits, preparation and input of monthly entries, setup of new vendor in Accounting software, 1099 reporting, process employee expense reports and payments, track preliminary notices, and the preparation of daily cash and line of credit report. 

Requirements: At least 2yrs. experience minimum of full cycle accounts payable experience preferably with a general contractor or multi-family real estate developer, experience in preparing application for payment, processing of subcontractor payables and lien releases, experience in processing and making payments on subcontractor change orders. Timberline experience a plus, Accounting courses/4 year degree a plus. 

Excellent compensation and benefit package. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and live in the Orange/Los Angeles County area. No relocation assistance offered. Must include salary history and current requirements.
