Accounts Payable/Freight Payable Auditor

Adcom Worldwide, an international freight forwarding company, is looking for a motivated and mature auditor for our freight payable department. The ideal candidate will have strong math aptitude, problem solving ability and excellent communication skills. Accounts payable background is required, freight payable background preferred.

Daily responsibilities include accurate audit and processing of vendor invoices for weekly check run, researching of problem invoices, communicating with vendors and stations to resolve discrepancies, and assisting with weekly check run process.

We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including 401k w/match and generous PTO (paid time off) after six months of employment. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with some flexibility for the right candidate.
