We are currently recruiting for an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT for a client in the Pasadena/LaPorte area.

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of experience in full cycle AP. Able to handle high volume transactions and problem solve. Any experience in the Marine Industry would be a plus.
Responsible for control and reconciliation of all supplier accounts
Settling vendor disputes??
Registering and finally posting supplier invoices
Coding correctly and?periodisation of operating expenses
Correct supplier set up for purchase orders and payments
Logical filing and storing in compliance with external regulations, internal Quality System Standards and ensuring ease of internal access?
High volume copying, filing and date entry
Monthly reconciliation reports on supplier accounts
