Accounts Payable Manager for an Industry Leader!

Position Title: Accounts Payable Manager

(Reports to Controller)

 

Job Purpose:

Completes payments by scheduling and verifying transactions; updating accounts; supervising staff

Interacts with all levels of management within the company and outside vendors

 

Duties and Responsibilities Include:  Supervising a staff of approximately 10 people across multiple divisionsResponsibility for preparing accruals and reconciling to the general ledgerMaintains cash requirements schedules and accounts payable aging analysisPerforms general ledger posting and monthly/year-end reconciliations;Hires, trains and supervises accounts payable staff.

 

Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of experience is required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Enterprise planning (ERP) systems a mustProficiency in Excel, Word and OutlookStrong communication skills, both written and oralOrganized and systematic with the ability to multi task effectively
