Job Description:
Construction company has immediate need for Accounts Payable Specialist. Duties to include track and process all invoices related to subcontract, purchase orders and general overhead; process, post and forward invoices to corp. office for payment; obtain authorization for invoices with Project mgr. and subs; maintain vendor database; review all vendor statements. for current good standing; resolve pending invoices; execute lien notices for subs in Timberline; obtain and process releases for sub invoices monthly; process joint checks; organize and execute close out procedures on jobs in Timberline with Project Managers, run commitment and cost reports for PM's in Timberline, and performs other secondary duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
