Job Summary and Responsibilities:????

Review and process Non-Trade billing?payments for multiple locations.? Verify all invoices for possible duplication.? Ensure correct Vendor # and remit to location is assigned to the correct vendor invoice(s).? Assign correct Account Structure, G/L Account and Sub Account to billing prior to processing for payment.? Identify sales tax invoices and process accordingly.? Communicate with multiple locations to resolve billing inquires / discrepancies

Process any demand check requests as needed.? Prioritize billing according to the service and its sensitivity.
