Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager's position

Management Recruiters of Plymouth Meeting has an Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager?s position available in Plymouth Meeting Pa.

 

In this role the candidate we seek will have full responsibility for the accounting and administrative functions associated with both accounts payable and Payroll functions.

 

Primary Responsibility Include:

 

. Collect time and attendance reviewing them for corrections and completeness. However,

. Setting up for new employees, including benefit administration and handling insurances

. Keeping vacation schedules, sick days, expenses

. Create and maintain prepaid expense schedules

. General accounting administrative records maintenance.

. Responsible for cash management and bank reconciliation's.


Education/ Experience:


. Excel and general PC skills
. 2+ years college level studies in accounting
. 3 + years work in a small business in both AP and Payroll
