Accounts Payable/Receptionist

 

 

Ability to perform Full Cycle Accounts Payable duties including matching purchase orders, sorting receivers, matching invoices and preparing items for payment. Must have 2-3 recent years experience in an manufacturing environment. Ability to answer phones, transfer calls and take messages. Excellent PC skills, copy and other secretarial functions including copier, fax, laser printer maintenance (changing toner, ordering supplies, UPS/Fedex preparation and receiving office supplies. Sharp communication skills, both oral and written. Must have stable work history.
