Accounts Payable/SAP

Duties/Responsibilities: Support Accounts Payable Invoice and Payment Processing in a centralized environment.
Work with buyers and vendors to resolve invoice price/quantity variances.
Ensure compliance with AP policies and procedures.
Ensure all invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Handle invoice exceptions.
Work with vendors and purchasing as necessary to resolve any problems.
Monitor invoice financial coding and approvals.
Reconcile vendor statements.
Assist in the identification of issues and development of solutions related to AP activities and processes.

Qualifications:
Great interpersonal skills (including phone manner).
Energetic, hard worker.
Self-Motivated and detail oriented.
Solid computer skills; SAP 4.6 experience a must.
Ability to meet deadlines.


Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably with a large multinational company.
Strong skills in use of PC spreadsheet and word processing applications, Excel and Word preferred.
Experience with transaction processing software applications; recent knowledge of SAP is a must.
