Responsibilities

* Review invoices for proper approval, coding, past due balances and original invoice

* Prepare voucher, enter data into automated accounting system and post invoices

*?Process weekly check run with A/P Supervisor?s approval.

*?Maintain Accounts Payable files and documentation.???

* New vendor set up
