Accounts Payable - ( Temp Assignment)

Top European Real Estate Finance Company needs an Account Payable temp for 3 - 6 months. Must start ASAP! Responsible for applying cash to multiple systems in a timely and accurate manner. Other duties include research, verification and interaction with Accounting and Collections. Applicant should possess strong system skills, reliability, and data entry skills. Other responsibilities involve working with other A/P Reps to complete the processing of payments received on a weekly and a monthly basis. This includes electronic payments, credit card payments, and account reconciliation reapplications.

Minimum requirements:
? Associates degree required, BA preferred
? 2 years accounts payable required.
? Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communicative skills.
? Ability to use computer applications with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
