Our client, located in West Houston (West of Beltway 8), is currently interviewing for an accounts payable clerk.

Position will be responsible for the following:Full cycle accounts payable Coding and batching invoicesVerify tax rates and make necessary adjustmentsAnswer vendor inquiriesResearch problem invoicesMonthly accruals of unpaid invoices and purchase ordersAssist in monthly closings

Candidates must have the following to be considered:At least five years of recent experience in full cycle accounts payableDetail oriented, team playerMS Excel and MS OutlookExcellent communication skills
