A client located in Waltham has an immediate position available for an Accounts Payable Vendor Coordinator on a temporary to hire basis! Recent college grads and entry level candidates welcome to apply to this large international publishing company!


The ideal candidate will perform e-procurement administration with preferred vendor applications and responsible for the verification and entry of all vendors. Tasks include daily functions of the e-Procurement & Disbursement Department

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications : Knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Documented high quality work level
Ability to maintain high level of productivity and quality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customers professionally and effectively
