Accounts Receivable / Accounting Specialist

The position of Accounting Specialist will process billing and run customer statements. Duties will also include cash application, customer adjustments and maintenance. Inventory item pricing and maintenance as well as inventory reconciliations are also included.    REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Enjoy working with customers and others in the organization to resolve issues promptly. The individual will have strong analytical and PC skills. 1-2 years experience in billing and accounts receivable is required. Must be able to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines. Experience with a complex billing system is a plus.
