The ideal candidate will?have?working knowledge of credit and collection principles, processes, regulations, and standards.?We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills,?both?verbally and written, strong?organizational and time management?skills, and be able to work with little or no supervision.

Job Summary:

?Pro actively manage the accounts receivable position of customersMinimize amount of delinquent account balances as measured by 'amount past due' and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Drive process improvements related to the all elements of the Quote to Cash process, including :? Contracts, Billing, Terminal Operations, and Cash ApplicationsEnsure productive and effective communications occur between the Customer, Sales, Terminal Operations, and the Quote to Cash functions.Maintain a professional and productive relationship with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

?Associates degree preferredMinimum of 1 year commercial collection experience (Transportation experience preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
