Accounts Receivable Associate - Half Moon Bay, CA

Odwalla, Inc. is the leading national brand of nourishing food products, including fresh juices, nutritionally fortified juice blends, food bars, and spring water. We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Associate to work out of our company headquarters, located in Half Moon Bay, California.

 

As the Accounts Receivable Associate, you will:

 

?  Prepare and post payments to the Accounts Receivable system

?  Research payment discrepancies

?  Provide support for Credit Services group to resolve and adjust customer deductions

?  Maintain file of short pay documentation for follow-up and resolution

?  Work proactively with the Sales Operations Accounting and Credit Services groups to resolve various problems with customer accounts

?  Other duties and projects as may be assigned to support the A/R and Credit Services Department

 

Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of accounting or related experience; data entry and 10-key skills; excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel); and superb attention to detail. Candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high quality work and establishing and maintaining effective inter-departmental relationships.
