Accounts Receivable/Billing Administrator

Professional Accounting Firm is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Administrator with heavy experience in Time & Billing and collections.  Job duties include, but not limited to:  Monthly billing, running various reports (daily, weekly, monthly basis) from Time & Billing, daily cash receipts and application, heavy interaction with staff and management and experience with MAS 90 also an asset.

 

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

 

Four plus years accounts receivable, cash application and billing experience required. Candidate must be an expert user of Microsoft Excel and Access. Suit and Tie environment, professional attire required.
