* Prepare Daily Bank Deposits

* Post Payments by Recording Cash, Checks & Credit Card Transactions

* Verify Validity of Account Discrepancies

* Make necessary Accounts Receivable Collection Calls

* Produce Weekly Invoicing and Monthly Statements

* Review and Verify Billing Reports, Identifying Corrections

* Serve Customers by Researching & Responding to Inquiries

* Typing Customer Payment Vouchers for Invoicing as needed

Skills/Qualification
