Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Coordinator
Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications Coordinator position open with a Fortune 500 company in the Piscataway, NJ area. Responsibilities and Requirements are listed below. This is an immediate, permanent need!!! Great company to work for, pleasant work environment.
Responsibilities:
? Post freight collections to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
? Utilize current lockbox technology to print reports and view images
? Utilize SAP and FIS to research and post payments to customers
? Maintain the Lockbox suspense account for various distressed items
? Contact customers about incomplete information received with payment
? Apply all daily freight collections, whether received in the lockbox or wire transfer, to the customer's account in SAP each day
Requirements:
? Comfortable with SAP
? Individual must have solid personal computer skills (Excel and Word)
? Candidate must demonstrate good analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills
? Ability to meet deadlines
? Must be accurate and pay very close attention to detail!!!
? Strong follow up skills
? Must be able to work outside of the normal business hours during various times of the year
? MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS!
